Filedoyen License Agreement

Before using Filedoyen, please read this License Agreement. You may use this software only as described in this license.

1. SOFTWARE
The software that this License Agreement applies to is Filedoyen, any updates to the software, any supplemental code provided to you by the author: Tracy Deichmann, the help file, any associated software, any related media and printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation.

2. COPYRIGHT
Filedoyen is copyright © 2006-2009, Tracy Jane Deichmann. Please note that Filedoyen is licensed, not sold.

3. EVALUATION VERSION
You may use Filedoyen freely for 30 days for evaluation purposes without any charge. Once the evaluation has finished, Filedoyen will no longer function. To continue to use Filedoyen, you must pay a license fee and download and install the registered version. If you no longer wish to use the evaluation version of Filedoyen and you do not wish to purchase the registered version, you must remove (uninstall) Filedoyen from your computer. For information on paying the license fee and obtaining the registered version of Filedoyen, you should go to the help file's purchase page or choose "Help|Purchase" from the program's Menu Bar. During the evaluation period, you may use Filedoyen on as many different computers as you like.

4. REGISTERED VERSION
Upon installing the registered copy, you may use Filedoyen on that number of computers for which you have paid a separate license fee.If you are private user and have purchased Filedoyen for your own personal home use, you may also install a copy of Filedoyen on each computer that you personally own. Otherwise, the primary user of each computer for which you have paid a separate license fee may also use Filedoyen on his or her portable computer if their main computer is a desktop computer. You may also make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes. Otherwise, you may not copy the registered version of Filedoyen in whole or in part. If the registered copy of Filedoyen is installed on a network server or other storage device, you must purchase a license for each separate computer on which Filedoyen is used. A license for Filedoyen may not be shared by alternating use of Filedoyen between different computers. You may permanently transfer all of your rights to the registered copy of Filedoyen under this License Agreement provided you transfer all copies of Filedoyen and the recipient agrees to the terms of this License Agreement. All rights not expressly granted under this License Agreement are reserved by Tracy Deichmann.

5. DISCLAIMER
THIS SOFTWARE; FILEDOYEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

6. DISTRIBUTION
Only the evaluation version of Filedoyen may be distributed freely but then only in its original unmodified form. The distribution must include all files of its original distribution. Distributors may not charge any money for it.

7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not modify, reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble Filedoyen in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows. You are not allowed to change any part of Filedoyen. Tracy Deichmann keeps full rights to change any part of Filedoyen. You may not rent, lease, or lend Filedoyen.

8. TERMINATION
This License Agreement is effective until it is terminated. This license terminates if you have violated any of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If your license terminates, you agree to destroy all copies of Filedoyen in your possession or under your control. You may terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of Filedoyen in your possession or under your control. The termination of this license does not limit any other rights that Tracy Deichmann may have by law.
